SHIPPING POLICY – PLANET ORTHOPEDIC

Planet Orthopedic is committed to delivering your order safely and transparently.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

Products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the delivery address provided at checkout via postal service or approved courier partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, holidays, strikes, peak periods, or logistical delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders include free online tracking. The tracking code is usually made available within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation and will be sent to your email once activated.

In some cases, tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier’s system.

INSURED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY GUARANTEE

All shipments are insured against loss. If an order is confirmed as lost or not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, Planet Orthopedic will issue a full refund or reshipment at no additional cost, according to the circumstances.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If you receive one item before the others, this is normal.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please double-check your information at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

RECIPIENT ABSENT

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to recipient absence, the carrier may redirect the package to a local post office or service point for collection, according to carrier rules. If the package is returned to the sender due to non-collection, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Planet Orthopedic is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. In such cases, customers may choose between reshipment or refund once the package is returned.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be covered by Planet Orthopedic. Customers will not be charged additional fees beyond the amount displayed at checkout.
